Diane Wass
Founder, CEO
A visionary leader with an entrepreneurial spirit. Diane has over 25 years experience in healthcare strategy, communications, policy and advocacy. She has held senior roles in P&G, GSK, AstraZeneca and MSD, in addition to nearly a decade as Managing Director in an award-winning global consultancy.
Extensive experience across a broad range of therapy areas and a passion for uniting stakeholders to enable patient access to medicines. A specialist in rare disease, oncology and diabetes/obesity.
She has a D.Phil. Physiology from University of Oxford, an MBA and most recently completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme (the Forbes #1 certification in AI winner of 2025)

Tricia Persad-Beville
Senior Specialist Expert
Tricia is a mastermind in ‘storytelling’, crafting messaging that really connects with audiences and delivers on Strategy. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare communications, Tricia has held senior communication roles at global agencies and within major pharmaceutical companies, delivering impactful PR campaigns, managing multimillion-pound budgets, and guiding product launches across multiple therapeutic areas.
A biochemistry graduate from UCL, she is also a CIPR-accredited practitioner and brings exceptional leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. She recently completed the CIM ‘AI in Marketing’ certificate.

Fay Weston
Senior Specialist Expert
Fay is an experienced consultant with skills gained across a range of disciplines including product marketing and commercialisation, medical affairs, clinical trials and corporate communications for the last 25 years.
Her key passion is the intersection of medical affairs and commercialisation and has a strong background in leading cross functional programmes such as peer-to-peer and launch projects. She brings a strong strategic and analytical approach to projects.
Fay holds an MA in Classics, Linguistics and Psychology from Cambridge University, UK.
